Stop corporate subsidies

If a multi-million- or billion-dollar company receives any taxpayer funded subsidies that company must pay in full the subsidies at a rate no less than a 3% interest within 10 years. If that company provides any products or services to the American people, any government entity, and/or any other company that provides a products or services to the American people and/or any government entity they must not charge the American people said companies and/or the government entities more than 10% over operating cost for products or services. Any company that receives taxpayer funded subsidies should not have any employee being paid at or below the national poverty level. Furthermore, any company that has an active unpaid taxpayer subsidy should not compensate for their upper management at a rate that exceeds more than 100% of the lowest waged employee.
