When any policies that are written, contracts given, and or subsidies allocated to any entity no member of the federal government or a family member should be allowed to purchase or have any interest in such entity, directly or indirectly. To include buying stock or shares of any other sorts. They cannot buy, sell, loan, borrow, rent, and/or lease any tangible, non-tangible item, or property to include real property from said entity. They will not have immunity to protect themselves from violating insider trading laws.

Ban Congress on stock trading.

Write a short blurb about an issue your campaign is highlighting. Try to keep the text a similar size between the various issue blurbs.

Teachers build the future, not politicians. They should not have to live near or at the poverty level

Increase teachers’ salaries.

We need to stop sending money out of our country to build and fund wars of other countries before we fix our unhoused and our hunger problem. A fine balance needs to be made to meet the needs of others outside our country, and greater sense of humanity needs to be upheld. However, programs need to be fully funded to help house the unhoused and feed the hungry. These programs need to be able to give those in need a hand up and not a handout. There needs to be tiers created to move those in need into the system and out of the system to a better quality of self-sustaining life. If programs are designed with the correct progressive steps and oversight those affected should be able to contribute to the growth of our communities and increase in taxes collected over time. Thus, allowing them to pay back into the system to help others. If done correctly we should be able to reduce the dependency on social programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

A rich nation should not starve its people and leave them in them streets.

Feed the hungry and house the unhoused.

American taxpayers should not be funding any bills that allocate taxpayer money to fund any foreign wars that is not a direct attack on the US, it allies, or interest abroad. Americans should not be funding any wars that also have questionable act of genocide or crimes against humanity. Americans should not be paying the bill to send our military to over through a government in the hopes to obtain their natural resources for any business or government (to include our own) entity in the world that allows such entity to gain a strategic or financial advantage over others. Wars wages to obtain another nation’s natural resources should be outlawed.

No funding for foreign wars.

We should not have a society were only a select few can survive with ease and others have to scrounge just to survive.

Driving down everyday costs is not as straightforward as reducing energy costs, as the current administration would have you believe. However, it is a must for everyday Americans.

Affordability for All

Citizens United needs to be reformed. Big money that is attached to special interest groups and/or a corporation needs to be outlawed from and prohibited from donating to all political campaigns. All campaign donations should come from only the people and there should be cap on the total donation amount one person or family can donate.

Get big money out of politics. 

Laws that are written to give the rich and ultra wealthy tax breaks need to be repealed. No entity or individual should be allowed to circumvent the earned income tax law and be allowed to pay zero in federal or state tax (if applicable). The Buy, borrow, die strategy needs to be outlawed. There should not be any tax law that allows anyone to eliminate capital gains tax. Unrealized Capital Gains should be taxed yearly and when sold. Pass through laws need to be changed to allow for taxing. Any entity that claims strategic deduction &amp; losses to go through a complete audit before being allowed to be written off. All luxury items that need to be taxed. Taxing of such items should not matter if it is for business or personal use if the value of such item is over 100K. This should include boats, yachts, planes, private jets, and any other tangible property.

Tax the rich on gross assets and investments.

Investing in those that will be our future, the future of our country, and our civilizationis imperative to build and maintain a strong and prosperous nation.

Free education up to graduate school.

All schools should have full funding that allows them to get all necessary equipment and supplies needed to educate our children. No teacher should have to crowd source the funds needed to buy the basic supplies and equipment to build our future.

Full funding of our education system.

When a member of Congress knowingly and willingly violates any federal or state law that constitutes a felony. Their resignation will be effective immediately upon the completion of Due Process and if a verdict of guilty is rendered.

Members of Congress may not write any law that grants them immunity from a federal or state law.

We need to stop sending money out of our country to build and fund wars of other countries. We are sending money to fund wars and once the war is over, we are sending money to repair those same countries we helped destroy. Politicians are throwing bad money on top of bad money. That money needs to stay in America to repair our rapidly collapsing infrastructure. Building and repairing our roads, highways, bridges, waterways, dams, etc. should be a priority. This can lead to thousands of jobs. The lies about the use of clean energy need to stop. We need to fund clean energy projects and lead the world in the manufacturing of clean energy equipment, technology, innovation, education, and careers. Those that may lose their job because of the advancement of clean energy should get priority when it comes to getting educated for green energy careers. We should not prioritize saving antiquated energy resources because of the need for investors to continue getting rich, while our planet continues to get polluted. Putting Americans to work building America first is just common-sense governing.

American first starts with taking care of our nation's infrastructure.

Build our infrastructure first. 

A child should not be expected to learn while starving or be expected to fight through hunger pains to learn. Laws are written that force kids to attend school (which is a good thing) so they should be fed.

Free school lunches for grades K-12th.

A person should have the right to their sexual preference or identity if that individual brings no harm to others. Let others live in peace as you would like. Who an individual chooses to love or what they choose to put in their body is no one’s business, if it is between consenting adults, no sex crime or criminal acts or crime against minors are committed, and they do not violate any other law.

LGBTQIA+ right should not be infringed upon.

All members of the legislative branch should serve no more than 12 years once elected to office. Furthermore, if a member of the house of representatives gets elected to the Senate, they can only serve two terms. If a Senator gets elected to the house of representatives, they can only serve two terms.

Term limits for all members of Congress.

We must stop big money from turning us into a rental nation, which makes the average American lifelong renters. The American dream of owning a home must become reality again.There should be a limit on the amount of residential property any one entity or subsidiary of such entity can own in any given state, region, city, town, or neighborhood. If multiple entities operate in each area there should also be a limit to the number of residential properties that can be owned between all entities combined. Any entity that owns residential property should pay a higher tax on such properties. Stopping predatory leasing and predatory leasing tactics that require the person leasing the property to have to pay more than $100.00 in repairs to all normal wear and tear items in any given month are necessary to create affordable housing. The use of AI, an AI system, or a system created by individual(s) that are developed to artificially increase rental or leasing costs should be prohibited, nationwide.

Bring back the dream of owning a home.

You have to get involved to drive change.

If a multi-million- or billion-dollar company receives any taxpayer funded subsidies that company must pay in full the subsidies at a rate no less than a 3% interest within 10 years. If that company provides any products or services to the American people, any government entity, and/or any other company that provides a products or services to the American people and/or any government entity they must not charge the American people said companies and/or the government entities more than 10% over operating cost for products or services. Any company that receives taxpayer funded subsidies should not have any employee <s>being</s> paid at or below the national poverty level. Furthermore, any company that has an active unpaid taxpayer subsidy should not compensate for their upper management at a rate that exceeds more than 100% of the lowest waged employee.

Corporations should pay their own way.

Stop corporate subsidies

The average American incurs approximately $580.00 in healthcare expenses. Implementing free healthcare would redirect this amount back to the pockets of Americans, who are already grappling with escalating costs of everyday essentials. This level of savings would enable Americans to reallocate funds towards other vital necessities, discretionary expenditures, and long-term personal financial stability. Such a shift could stimulate economic growth to some extent, leading to increased tax revenue at local, state, and federal government levels

In the wealthiest nation on Earth, Americans should have access to guaranteed, high-quality, universal healthcare at no cost.
